FinCipro

Terms of Service

Last updated: 13 July 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FinCipro at app.fincipro.com. By creating an account or using FinCipro, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

FinCipro is a personal finance application that helps you track assets, liabilities, and activity. Features may include optional bank account linking via PSD2 open banking. FinCipro is provided as a beta service and may change, be limited, or be interrupted without prior notice.

2. Not financial advice

FinCipro is an organisational and informational tool only. We do not provide investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice. You are solely responsible for financial decisions and for verifying information imported from banks or third parties.

3. Your account

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
  • Notify us promptly at Sofian.zarti@fincipro.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Bank connections

Linking a bank account requires your explicit consent at your bank or through Enable Banking, our open-banking partner. FinCipro does not store your banking credentials. Availability of specific banks depends on Enable Banking and your bank's PSD2 interfaces. We do not guarantee that every institution will be available at all times.

You authorise us to retrieve and display account information and transactions solely to provide the FinCipro service. You may disconnect a bank at any time in settings.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use FinCipro for unlawful purposes or to violate others' rights
  • Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorised to access
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

6. Intellectual property

FinCipro, its branding, and underlying software are owned by FinCipro and its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

7. Beta disclaimer

FinCipro is offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis during beta. We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free imports, or complete accuracy of displayed balances or transactions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FinCipro and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for direct damages shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (or EUR 100 if you use a free tier).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where exclusion is not permitted under mandatory consumer protection law.

9. Termination

You may stop using FinCipro at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons. Provisions that by nature should survive termination (including disclaimers and liability limits) remain in effect.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data, including bank connection data.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected. Courts in Germany shall have jurisdiction where permitted by law.
